The GUZMÄNNER Company meets the highest demands and expectations of clients both in Slovakia and abroad.
Our staff have a history of crane and crane structure welding for the Liebherr company, bridge and motorway structures for Deutsche Bahn, chassis for Jungheinrich forklifts, or various supporting structures for halls, bridges, carousels or stadiums such as for the SC Freiburg Bundesliga team. These structures consist of MAG welded black material and have undergone welding inspection with ultrasound, X-ray or magnets.
Another major indicator is the welding and assembly of stainless steel piping systems, evaporators, cooling equipment, pressure tanks and various containers in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
We also participated in the construction of buildings and piping systems for the GSK company, in the assembly of new production facilities such as BOSCH in Dresden, where our staff attached a complete piping system from black material and stainless steel; or in the extension process of the plant hall for VW, Porsche or Wiesmann, which included manual SMAW 111 welding of load bearing structures.
In the Czech Republic, we engaged in the heat pipeline construction, which is more than 30 km long and connects a nuclear power plant with the energy company in the town of České Budějovice.
Additionally, our staff have welded various products for the military industry, including armoured vehicles for Saudi Arabia at VOP Šenov in the Czech Republic.
Our company actively cooperates with professionally trained and certified (SCC 017) managers who communicate in German or English. The assets of these managers include skills to manage work teams and coordinate work in the workplace.
Thanks to these managers, we have significantly contributed to implementing various projects, including:
- installation of evaporators, including welding jobs in Zott dairy companies
- construction of the FunderMax chipboard plant, including silos welded by manual SMAW 111 welding
- complete assembly of relaxation and swimming pools made of stainless steel, including their installation
- replacement and TIG welding of black material and stainless steel piping systems in the BSW steel plant, construction of a new tank with a complete hydraulic system for molten steel or a shutdown at the Wacker chemical plant.
