GUZMÄNNER meets the highest demands and expectations of clients at home in Slovakia and abroad.
Our staff welded cranes and crane structures for Liebherr, bridge and motorway structures for Deutsche Bahn, chassis parts for forklift trucks of Jungheinrich, or various load-bearing structures of halls, bridges, roundabouts or stadiums as for example for the Bundesliga team SC Freiburg. These constructions consist of black material welded by the MAG method with weld tests on ultrasound, X-ray or magnets.
Another big indicator is welding and installation of piping systems stainless steel, evaporators, refrigeration equipment, pressure tanks and various vessels in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
We also participated in construction of buildings and piping systems for GSK, on the construction of new production facilities such as BOSCH in Dresden, where our staff fabricated a complete piping system in black material and also stainless steel; or, for example, the extension of a VW, Porsche or Wiesmann plant hall, including the welding of the supporting structures with the 111 hand electrode.
In the Czech Republic we participated in construction of the heating pipeline, which is more than 30 km long and connects the nuclear power plant with the power company in České Budějovice. In addition, our staff welded various products for the military industry, including welding of armoured vehicles for Saudi Arabia at VOP Šenov in the Czech Republic.
Our company actively works with professionally trained and certified (SCC 017) management staff who communicate in German or English. The strengths of these leaders include managing work teams and coordinating work in the workplace.
Thanks to these executives, we have made significant contributions to various projects, including
Installation of evaporators including welding in Zott dairies / construction of FunderMax plant for particleboard production including silos , which was welded with hand electrode 111 / complete construction of stainless steel relaxation and swimming pools including assembly / replacement and TIG welding of piping systems in both ferrous and stainless steel at the BSW steelworks and construction of a new tank with complete hydraulic system for molten steel or shutdown at the Wacker chemical plant.
